Liberty Trailers warrants the goods to be free from defective material or workmanship having been supplied or performed by Liberty Trailers, provided such goods have been operated under proper load, usage, conditions, and competent supervision. Any material or workmanship which Liberty Trailers examination shall disclose to have been defective will be repaired or replaced (at Liberty s option) f.o.b. Liberty plant. Correction of defects by repair or replacement by Liberty Trailers shall be purchaser s sole and exclusive remedy at law or in equity. In no event shall Liberty Trailers be liable to Purchaser for special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is made to the Original Owner and is limited to the original goods upon which were manufactured or supplied by other and distributed by Liberty Trailers Inc. All goods manufactured or supplied by other and distributed by Liberty Trailers carry the benefit of any warranty expressly extended by such manufacturer or supplier to Purchaser. However, Liberty Trailers makes no warranty of any kind with respect to such goods, either express or implied, including any IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS.
