The XT-Series (Extreme Truck) Series of International trucks were originally aimed for business owners who wanted to have a monster-sized attention-getter, and the CXT (Commercial Extreme Truck) version was the ultimate rolling billboard. International knew their market and intentionally gave the CXT 7400 4X4 a 25,999 GVWR so that no CDL was required.
