Used 2014 Gmc Box Truck - Straight Truck

<p>One owner box truck, purchased new. Cab is red, interior is tan with black seats. Truck has a lift gate (1600 pounds), cold A/C, automatic transmission and recently reupholstered driver and passenger seats in durable black leather-like material. Rear wood floor deck has been replaced due to use, water kick up from rear tires underneath and a few drips in the box. Fairly confident any drips have been sealed up, flex seal spray applied from inside to seams. Truck has been used for local furniture deliveries it's whole life. Rear roll up door has had a few panels replaced over time, fine for now but could use replacement on another one or two down the road, for visual reasons only. Maintained regularly with no deferred maintenance. Vehicle cleans up nicely but is a 10 year old box truck that has been used for its purpose, so it is not perfect. All tires have a great amount of tread left, except passenger front shows slightly lower tread than the rest. Could be rotated to one of the rear duals and continued to be used for many more miles. Tried to be brutally honest about anything I see or know about the vehicle. As I said, I've owned it since new. Any further detailed questions, don't hesitate to ask.
