STANDARD FEATURES 

Balanced Centerbeams offer a balance of high strength and low weight. This is done by the use of high strength steel flanges. The variable thickness plasma-cut web is carefully configured in terms of nose depth, center depth and rear depth for maximum capacity with minimum weight. These pieces are machine double welded for long lasting dependability. 

Efficient Structure provides a unique “floating upper coupler” structure of steel improves strength and longevity. The coupler plate assembly is plug welded to the main beam web to provide the strongest connection and stiffen the beam while allowing centerbeams to articulate independently. 

Cross Bracing with full-length W-shaped braces between beams for added strength, efficient load distribution and long term superior road performance. 

Aluminum Cap Front Rail - heavy-duty extruded aluminum sill caps on the floorboards for improved strength, fit and finish. Beveled corners offer marker light protection. 

The 13" deep, 9 gauge galvanized section provides for good protection of the rear lights. The easy-to-replace, bolt-on galvanized bumper assembly attaches directly to the centerbeam. The recessed face of the 4" x4" vertical bumper tube offers protection for DOT reflective tape.
